The Jamie Kibel Scholarship Fund is an educational fund granting scholarships to high school graduates who have demonstrated a high level of academic achievement, and who require assistance with the cost of a college education. The fund provides grants to graduates of public high schools in Dutchess, Ulster and Columbia counties. It was created in memory of our friend Jamie Kibel, whose kindness, humor, intellect and unique openness to the world around her were an inspiration to those who knew and loved her.
Education has been a lifelong commitment for the Kibel family. Our intention is to honor Jamie’s memory by providing financial assistance to students who have demonstrated a commitment to their own education, and to the ongoing pursuit of knowledge.
